the local authentic food varieties, you should taste the "walnut paste"
(a desert produced from walnut) produced at the Yukarı Pazar quarter of Burdur
Province and "Burdur shish kebab". It is possible to rest at the trout
breeding facilities among the road to ancient city of Sagalassos and taste the
local yogurt and trout.
